There are different classification systems that, using polyurethane as a material resistant to the abrasion of the classified materials, have techniques designed to prevent these materials from clogging the mesh, sometimes by wedging of the particles in the passage holes, sometimes by the adhesion of the fines in them, and in most cases by both circumstances.
All systems are based on achieving ease of passage of the material to be screened, a high percentage of screening surface and durability; the first is achieved with the flexibility of a certain type of polyurethane with a steel cable core, the second through the distribution of its holes with adequate taper and the last through the use of polyurethane.
The technical department together with the R&D department of Talleres Núñez, in order to advance in the field of new products related to the classification of aggregates, has designed and tested the new product TN Flex ® which will represent a great advance in the field of classification that is becoming more demanding every day.
The novelty of the TN Flex® product , manufactured by Talleres Núñez, lies in the geometric shape of the holes that classify the materials. Until now, the square shape was the most accurate way to obtain the correct calibration, and without modifying this principle, TN Flex® interrupts one side of the square, increasing the vibration around its entire perimeter. This eliminates a high percentage of particle wedging and facilitates their passage.
In this new product, great care has been taken to avoid deformation of the square shape of the hole, for which the tension of the cables is applied transversely to the interrupted side of the square.
