The technical department designs each mould for the correct manufacture of each accessory to the precise specification of the client, the most usual parts are:
1. Cyclone liners:
Lining cones to protect the inside walls of the hydrocyclone.
2. Wheels:
As wear-resistant treads.
3. Hammers:
Recommended for the correct installation of the TN modular system.
4. Conveyor screws:
PU components for silo mixers.
5. Conveyor belt safety skid:
Safety skid replacement part for rollers on conveyor belts.
6. Spray Nozzles:
Especially designed by TN working with a circular flow admission and an elliptical flow expulsion which enhances the spray angle of the water fan; they have a reinforced structure for greater durability.
Coupling sizes: 3/4” and 1/2”.
7. U and J-bolts:
Clamping of screening media.
8. Disc tracker for conveyor belts:
Mounted on rollers to centre conveyor belts.
9. Plugs:
For protection of screw heads or bolts.
10. PU knocking balls:
For ball trays systems, to clean clogged meshes.
11. PU Lined tension plates:
Tension plates covered in PU lining to extend working life.
12. Snow plough blades:
Polyurethane is an excellent material for snowplough blades since it has high anti-abrasive properties, flexibility, and strength and does not damage asphalt.
